A wine tasting and grazing feast with stories from Thistledown’s Paddy Gilhooly!

Meet Paddy Gilhooly from South Australian winery Thistledown for a relaxed afternoon exploring the wines, the vineyards and the people behind them.

Taste through nine Thistledown wines, from Grenache Blanc and Chardonnay to expressive Grenache and Shiraz. Throughout the afternoon, accredited sommelier Gill Sykes will host mini interviews with Paddy to uncover the stories behind the wines and what makes this winery so special.

Begin with oysters and a tasting glass of Grenache Blanc, followed by eight more wines paired with The Chandlery’s generous woodfired canapé station—a seasonal grazing menu designed to complement the tasting experience.
